THE HISTORY OF CRAMER SECURITY & INVESTIGATIONS, INC.

Cramer Security & Investigations was founded in 2003. The founder of Cramer Security observed faults in how we believe security should be delivered when it came to the client-contractor relationship. The goal of forming Cramer Security & Investigations was to set the industry standard. We believe in delivering professional trustworthy officers and providing them with structure and organization that fulfills our client’s individual needs. Cramer Security & Investigations is a growing security provider currently employing over 500 security officers and support personnel. Our operating procedures are based on industry best practices and are modeled from SOPs used by the U.S. Military and U.S. Law Enforcement.

We believe it is crucial to sustain a strong relationship with local law enforcement on a regular basis, not just when we require their services. Cramer Security & Investigations maintains close relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement officers in the communities in which we serve. Employee Selection

Cramer Security & Investigations, Inc. utilizes many different ways to recruit top quality candidates. All candidates go through a thorough selection process consisting of eight (8) steps prior to becoming a probationary security officer for 90 days. This process does include a pre-employment mandatory drug screening, as well as background review. Once selected, probationary security officers will begin the training program prior to site placement.

During the probationary period these officers are evaluated monthly by their supervisor to ensure they are meeting our standards. Cramer Security & Investigations, Inc. is committed to providing our clients with security officers who are dedicated, self motivated, and reliable. This is why we give preference to anyone with law enforcement or military experience. We understand that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and this is why we are committed to providing our clients with elite security officers.

Vehicle Fleet

Cramer Security & Investigations, Inc. has a vast fleet of vehicles at our clients’ disposal. We offer on-site marked vehicle patrolling, as well as a large variety of other services, including pressure washing/steam cleaning and parts running.

Our vehicles are maintained by us at an affordable price to our clients. All vehicle maintenance and upkeep is handled by our in-house fleet management.

Communication

Effective and ongoing communication with our clients is another one of our strengths. Prior to beginning our duties, we work closely with our clients to ensure a communication path is in place. You will always be able to contact our senior management if the need arises. Customized and professional client reporting is a major part of our communication plan for our clients. Cramer Security & Investigations, Inc. also recognizes that our clients and our staff depend on the ability to have access to our Field Managers around the clock. For this reason, you will be provided an emergency contact list and can count on a response. Your site coordinator will be assigned specifically to your facility and integrated into your security management services.

Committed Field Management

The management team at Cramer Security & Investigations, Inc. encompasses a broad range of management activities that are related to physical security, personnel safety, and asset management. The management team will develop and implement security standards and procedural guidelines and immediately set these into motion.
Our managers are carefully selected and matched with our clients. We are all dedicated to professionally and effectively serving our clients. All of our managers have extensive backgrounds in Law Enforcement, Military, and Security Operations.

Cramer Security & Investigations, Inc. understands that our managers cannot be successful without direct access to support network. We are organized to streamline the process for our managers to successfully perform their duties so our clients aren’t waiting on us for information or services.

Onsite Drug & Alcohol Testing

We offer on-site drug and alcohol testing. Performing collections at your place of business offers these additional benefits:

• Reduced employee downtime: Eliminates travel time and expenses. Also reduces employee wait times.

• Less opportunity for subversion of the drug testing process: Prevents employees from stopping en route to a collection site to get clean urine or adulterants, and also from over- hydrating beforehand in an attempt to dilute their specimen.

• Bulk testing: On-site testing allows for all employees to be tested at once.

• Immediate Scheduling: Trained collectors are readily available to test at your location within 24-48 hours notification.
